Agreement
Bloxy Studio is operated by Muhammad Romadhon, based in Indonesia ("we"). By using Bloxy Studio at bloxystudio.dondev.id, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The service
Bloxy Studio lets you connect your TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts, add a finished video, set the details for each platform, and publish it when you press Publish. We don't create your videos, and we never post without your action.
We may change or remove features over time. Platforms can also change what's possible, and we may have to change Bloxy Studio to match.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. You must also be allowed to use every account you connect, whether it's yours or one you manage with permission. Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think someone has misused your account.
Platform terms
When you connect a platform, its rules still apply to you and what you post. By connecting YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You also agree to follow:
- TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines;
- Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
Each platform decides whether to accept, limit or remove a post. Instagram publishing needs a professional account. Bloxy Studio is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube or Google.
Your content
You own your videos and other content. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process and send that content, only to run Bloxy Studio and carry out what you ask. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for what you publish. You confirm that you have all the rights your content needs, including its music, characters and footage, and that you've made any disclosures required, such as for paid promotions or AI-generated content.
Acceptable use
You must not use Bloxy Studio to:
- post content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, or breaks a platform's rules;
- send spam, or get around a platform's limits, moderation or enforcement;
- connect or post to an account you aren't allowed to use;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or try to reach data that isn't yours;
- resell Bloxy Studio or its access to platform APIs without our written permission.
Availability
We try to keep Bloxy Studio running well, but it can be interrupted, and it relies on third-party services we don't control. A post may fail, be delayed, or be limited by a platform. Check the result on the platform, and keep your own copy of your videos, because Bloxy Studio isn't a backup service.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and asking us to delete your data, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts others or the service at risk, or if a platform or the law requires it. Sections that should reasonably continue after that, such as those on liability, will continue.
Disclaimers
Bloxy Studio is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about uninterrupted service, reach, views, approval by any platform, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, audience or data, or for what platforms do with your content or account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Bloxy Studio in the 12 months before the claim. If you paid nothing, it's limited to USD 50. Nothing here limits liability or rights that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
You agree to cover our reasonable losses from third-party claims caused by your content or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We'll first try to settle any dispute by talking with you. If that doesn't work, it goes to the courts of Indonesia, unless the law where you live gives you a right to go elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We'll update this page and its effective date when these terms change, and notify you of important changes before they take effect. If you keep using Bloxy Studio afterward, the new terms apply.
